I've tried deciphering this myself, but my only-one-year-of-Elementary-Japanese-and-that-was-almost-a-year-ago skills are failing me -- can anybody step in and help me out, here? Thanks!

Here is a bit of a translation straight off the top of my head. "Trans" stands for "translation" and "translit" stands for "transliteration".

Kisha wa kyou mo hashiru
Translit: Kish is today as will run.
Trans: Kisha will run today as well

SHUBO SHUBO SHUBO SHUBO SHU~BOBBO!

Minna to yume wo nosete
Translit: Everyone with dream we will "nosete".
Trans: Not sure here as I don't know the 'noseru' verb.

Bentou ika ga desu ka? Bentou ika ga desu ka?
Translit: Boxed lunch how is it? Boxed lunch his it?
Trans: How is a boxed lunch? How is a boxed lunch?*

TUNNEL ni haitte mo
Translit: Tunnel into enter even if.
Trans: Even if we/I enter into a tunnel (shubo, shubo, shubo).

Eki ni tomaru made wa
Translit: Train station at stop until is.
Trans: Until I/we stop at a train station (shubo, shubo, shubo).

Hakusen no uchigawa de omochi kudasai
Translit: White line behind please
Trans: Please stand behind the white line.

Doko ma demo iku yo MINI TRAIN
Translit: Anywhere go y'know mini train.
Trans: I/We will go anywhere, Mini Train!

Hasshire Hashire
Translit: Run, run. (command form of the verb)
Trans: Run, run!

I hope that gets other translators started!

NB: I've written "I/we" in most circumstances as in the Japanese language the subject is often left out, as it is infered. That is the case in this song, and because I've not heard the song I'm not sure whether it is refering to "I" or "we".

*Bentou is loosely translated as "boxed lunch", although there isn't really an equivilant in English I think. It refers to a packaged lunch school kids usually eat (often homemade).
