Comm Tech, Need Ideas...

I have a term project for my Communications Technology class, and I have absolutely no clue what to do with it. I know this isn't like Math trouble, and it's not really knowledge help so much as it's a creative idea I need, but it's still school, and it's worth 15% of my mark in the class. I need to make a project that includes anything we've learned in class. We were taught how to use certain programs, like Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and we're using the video cameras right now (we're very behind in class, we were supposed to do a lot more, but there wasn't enough time). I'd love for an idea to use for Photoshop or After Effects, they're my strongest areas of creativity.

Anyways, I'm looking for help from people who hopefully know about these programs. In the mean time, I'm gonna make myself a sig in class. I've got till next week to think of a topic... I'm doomed, I can't think on the spot: my creative ideas come naturally, not on demand... And, I have to present whatever my topic is infront of the class *sigh*...

I am sorry I haven't really understood your request. You need a topic. Choose something after which you can brainstorm ideas for. I use adobe after effects. photoshop as well as Flash ( not macromedia anymore is it? >.> )

However, I shall do my best to help you. But first of all, pick a theme and we'll talk about what we could possibly do with it- and don't panic, so what if there's a week left? you can still create something awesome by then :3

By week, I meant that's when the topic is due. I have 28 days to do my project, and my teacher busted everyone's bubbles. People were going to do some clay-mation and other movie things that'll take a while to do, and my teach is like "That's pretty tough, are you sure you can fit that in 30 seconds? You gotta go frame by frame with that kind of work and 30s means 900 individual frames, and what kind of message are you going to get across? Don't pick anything too hard though, you want it to be good and not put the class to sleep." and the class's response was: O.O; I found a new idea tough, I'm gonna do a Coke commercial where Coke is better than Pepsi (have you ever noticed that Pepsi often makes fun of Coke in their commercials?) Thanks anyways though.

Glad you figured out what you were going to do. How are you going to do it? What method are you going to use? Actors?
