This is answered in the Clan Faq. Yes, you have to wait. But if you've waited two weeks, you might want to notify the Mod that you haven't recieved your answer.
It's impossible to fail the Clan test, so don't worry.

lol don't worry i think they would tell ya if you failed your test ive been waiting for mine fore at least 1 month but i won't bother to ask them to give me my clan since im already in the din clan
Ijust took it for fun to see what clan i would be

Well, I meant you can't fail if you follow the rules. Rules like "Spell correctly" and "About a paragraph for each question"... you know, that stuff. So technically you can fail, but you shouldn't if you did what you were supposed to.
