Exclamation Chemistry - balanced molecular equations

OK, I'm really confoosed abut this. I'm supposed to write a balanced molecular equation for the reaction of elemental chromium with a sodium hydroxide solution. I'm given that chromium metal is amphoteric and will dissolve in an excess strong base, producing tetrahydroxochromate(III) ion [Cr(OH)4]- and hydrogen gas H2. i have no clue how to do this. So far I have Cr+NaOH -> [Cr(OH)4]- + H2. Help Plz!

Are the only products tetrahydroxochromate and hydrogen gas? Because... you've chosen NaOH as your strong base but there's no sodium on the right hand side.
