Submitting a bill to congress
I really need to know how to submit a bill to Congress...
Please help, I have to many good ideas for them to go to waste!

Campaign to become a Senator or a Rep. Otherwise, I don't think average Joe's can send Bills to be reviewed to become laws.

Neo-Link's right in that you cannot submit a bill to Congress. The most you can do (aside from being elected to the Senate or House) is contact your local Congressman/woman and encourage him/her to do whatever it is you want. Of course, it's a bit more effective if you have more people with your viewpoint.

Yeah. Make a petition and have as many people as possible sign it.

Dark Link, I was about to do the same thing! I totally used that video to study for my gov/econ test on that subject. >_<
Anyways, what's been suggested to you is the best you can do. Also, to put it bluntly, you'll find it hard for anyone to take you seriously at the age of twelve. Don't get discouraged though! To get a petition, you may want to look for an adult you already know who will support you. It's tough having good ideas at such a young age, but it's wonderful you're wanting to take action. Good for you, and go get a petition! ^_^

The trick, of course, with letter-writing campaigns is that they're much harder to do, people can spare a moment to sign their name to a sheet of paper, but most of them just don't care enough to spend time writing and mailing a letter.
It's a shame, really, but there isn't much you can do about it.
