Re: The World's Hardest Riddle

This is jokes , i dont think we are ever gonna find out the real answer. But assuming that kids would probably say no then we going to have to assume the answer is "no" if we go by the "facts" given.

Re: The World's Hardest Riddle

The answer to the last question, raventt... might be "no"...
but if the answer to the riddle is no, weird logical things happen

Re: The World's Hardest Riddle

Well I think for one that there is a bit too much analyzing going on here. People it is a riddle. That means it is ment to be difficult to figure out but yet a simple answer it the only thing required. The simple answer for this riddle is of course "NO." So there is my reasoning for "NO" being the answer.

The funny thing is, is when i first read the riddle i thought to myself "No." Then i tryed to figure it out like the normal college student. Then realizing i already said it and seeing other peoples posts I realized I got the answer right the first time but then went and over analyzed it. hahaha

Re: The World's Hardest Riddle

I just want to say one thing to all the people who are trying to come up with logical answers, like "Time".

Kindergartans would NOT get time. The answer can't be yes, because that makes it have a twist. Little kids don't think up stuff like that. That's why Harvard graduates couldn't figure it out, because they were trying to think up all complicated stuff.

Seriously, the answer is either "no" or "nothing". To me, "Nothing" seems more likely.

>.>

Edit: This is more or less off-topic, but I thought here was a good a place as any to post this.

The hardest logic puzzle. It's SERIOUSLY mind boggling.

Re: The World's Hardest Riddle

I'm going to say this one more time...

If the answer to the last question is, at the same time, the answer to the riddle, then: "No" cannot be the answer, as it would mean you can't solve the riddle and it would also mean you're solving it at the same time. (I'm supposing "guess" means "solve", (because you can always randomly guess and (posibly) get the right answer, if "guess" means "randomly say" then the answer to the last question has to be "yes" (even if the answer to the last question isn't the answer to the riddle, "yes" is the answer to the question (not the riddle), using this meaning of "guess"))).

If the answer to the last question is the answer to the riddle (yep, I have to specify this every time), then "yes" is a correct answer. It would mean you can solve it and it would solve it at the same time, providing proof that you can solve it.

On the other hand, if the answer to the last question isn't the answer to the riddle (meaning that: removing the last question leaves the riddle intact) (which is the case inteligent people normally consider) then an answer exists (even if nothing can do all that... then "nothing" would be the answer), and, assuming "nothing" is included in all the posible values of "something", then "something" is a correct answer (I'm sure there are more correct answers, at least one more...)...

If "nothing" is not included in the meaning of the word "something" then a correct answer (it's a little stupid but it works with every riddle) would be:
"something or nothing"... haha. Of course, more specific answers to this and every riddle are interesting.

Re: The World's Hardest Riddle

It is no , dont think about it in detail. The answer has got to be know if your going to go by the "facts" given. Kids would say no and i bet you all said know the first time you read it.

Um ok why man why? Yea if you think about it in an insane why that makes this riddle and the joke and fun behind it totally pointless. Then yea your right. But come on man give it a break the answer is "no."

Re: The World's Hardest Riddle

The answer to this riddle is the answer to the riddle. Because the answer to this riddle answers every question in the riddle.

It could also be the words "I dont know"

Re: The World's Hardest Riddle

What I was trying to point out is that this riddle is poorly done.
Do you truly believe the answer given by the person who created it has to be correct just because he created it?

"no" isn't the answer... in both cases (and there are no other cases, at least using traditional logic) explained above by me, "no" cannot be the answer. In one of the cases it creates a paradox, in the other case the answer to the riddle isn't the answer to the last question, so "no" is not the answer anyway...

The hardest logic puzzle. It's SERIOUSLY mind boggling.

I do believe it would be nothing.

Do you think little kids would be smart enough to answer the last sentence alone? No! Of course not! They look at the whole picture, not small specific details that only one with some logic in their head would be able to find.

Face it, it's not complicated. It is simple....so simple a little kid would say "nothing." That's it.

Nothing more, nothing less. Looking into it just proves your logic wrong, because apparantly you don't have enough logic to read the whole thing.

.............Answer easy.......................

It's not hard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The answer is pressure.......

Polar bears are white because of all the preasure at the poles.
You will cry if you are having too much pressure.
Pressure goes to your bladder when you have to pee.
Pressure makes girls have to comb their hair to look good.
Celebrities usually crack under pressure.
Normal people get pressure to pretend they're celebrities.
Pancakes turn brown because of the pressure of the heat.
Champagne will bubble until all the pressure of the carbination is gone.
If you squeeze something under pressure, it'll pop... like a balloon.
If you "look" at pressure, you're in it, like in an airplane, your ears will pop from pressure.

IT IS SO EASY!!!

Re: The World's Hardest Riddle

You guys realize that you are perfectly representing why more kindergarteners could answer the riddle than Harvard students with all this back and forth nonsense as to whether or not the answer to the riddle is "no" or "yes"?
