Analyzing: Media Bias

I am analyzing a Star Wars Dark Chocolate commercial for English Class. My teacher happens to be very unclear, and never explained what 'Media Bias' is. Can anyone help me?

It means that every source of information, your local television stations, the papers, even the inernet to an extent is bias. (Bias meaning favouring sortof.)

For instance, say you're a left-wing idiot, and you are against women being denied the same basic rights as men. So you parade your cause, talking about women's rights, and accuse Republicans of being ass-backward neanderthauls who want women barefoot in the kitchen.

Then when they go to Iraq to free thier people, and you see the women there being abused, and REALLY denied of thier rights, but you don't care, so you just point out the criminal behaivor of going to war in the first place, as it involves you bashing the Republicans, that's a bias opinion.

Sometimes being as bias isn't as obvious, or as diabolical as that. But then again, I was talking about the left, so it was bound to happen..
