Warehouse 13

Please tell me I'm not the only person here who watches this show. ;-;

So for those of you that don't know, Warehouse 13 is a pretty new show on SyFy. It follows two contrasting Secret Service agents that are simultaniously transferred to the mysterious Warehouse 13 located in the middle of nowhere South Dakota. There, they learn that the Warehouse is a government run complex that hold every supernatural and unexplainable item that they can get their hands on. The main reason for this is that a large amount of them are dangerous, and it's these two agents (Pete, the fun-loving, laid back guy, and Maika, the tightly wound, detail oriented girl) job to track down dangerous 'artifacts' and bring them back to the Warehouse.

It's a really good show. It follows the episode layout of having one big, connected storyline that progresses throughout the series, but each episode has it's own individual story that makes them easily watchable by themselves. My favorite character is Arty, the runner of the warehouse. He's a genius, but a little scatterbrained and gruff at times.

So anyway, I want to weed out other ZUers who enjoy Warehouse 13, and try to convince some who don't to try it out. I hope this thread doesn't die early.

It was...... strange, but interesting Makes me want to see what other crazy thing is going to happen!

Definitely a fan. I love all the characters. Especially Claudia, she is just awesome.

You know I was skeptical of this show when I first heard about it. Not sure why though. But I gave it a shot and it definitely is something awesome.

Oh this is good news! Can't wait for season 2

how was the end of season 1? i cant see it until this weekend ( i dont have SyFy at my house, so i record it at my grandparents and watch it during the weekend)

It was amazing. There are some really big twists, and a really big cliff hanger.

I have to agree. I don't quite remember a season finale being that great.

Though I have to wonder... exactly where is the Warehouse? I mean I know the outside is in SD(Finally a series that partially takes place in my state!) But what of the inside?

well there was something about it being help built by M. C. Escher, which would explain it's massive size on the inside, but not so massive (but still huge) on the outside.

Well at the very end you see the two of them staring into where the tunnel to the outside, where Arty is engulfed by flames, is gone. Its like that white hallway is some sort of portal.

Or am I seeing something thats not there?

haha i just watched the episode online.

that was a crazy ending! i cant wait for season two!

and yeah, i think that the warehouse is like how the Leena's original bed and breakfast was (the one in the warehouse that we see in Breakdown). Like, that tunnel was the only thing keeping the portal to the warehouse and the outside open.


edit: ugh, wtf. season 2 is slated for a summer 2010 release. THATS TOO LONG SYFY! =[[[
