I think a bad actor for George Lucas' upcoming live-action Star Wars TV series is the least of the series' problems right now. Star Wars is pretty much in the gutter as it is.

I'm a die-hard Star Wars fan. I love Star Wars with a passion. I'm currently learning the ENTIRE Episode VI script.

Even though Zac Efron wants the role, I'm personally gonna give him a chance. I don't care if everyone flames me. If they say I'm not a real Star Wars fan. Or anything. I don't mind if he gets the part. Just like I wouldn't really care that much if Jesse McCartney played Zuko. I give them a chance. Unlike everyone else

I really really really hate saying this, but I could see Zac Efron as Luke. BUT I DON'T WANT IT AT ALL. I think it's a terrible terrible idea.

Yeah, I hate High School Musical, and Zak Efron as well, so I don't really see a movie with him about Star Wars too well.

And as well as LTM, I hate the Disney Channel as well! Why do people like it so much?

Well, last I checked Luke Skywalker was strait. This is gonna require some major acting on Efron's part.

This isn't Disney's fault. If Zac Efron came into acting by some other means like a WW2 flick he'd probably be praised.

Star Wars is not in a gutter. It's just turned to kiddish.

I do not see this as any contribution or practice to him playing Light Yagami whatsoever.
