XL Reviews: iCarly Saves TV (SPOILERS)

Okay, don't just go straight off and send me your hate mail. I know iCarly is a terrible show, only probably going to last two seasons, but my brother forces me to watch it. He's only 4, mind you. That episode was so terrible, I wanted to write a review on it. Here we go.

Story:

This big TV company called "TVS" is losing viewers, so they are trying to make a new show to boost ratings. They show this show to the president of the TV station's daughter, and she calls it dumb. So, she goes back to watching iCarly on her laptop. The president comes in and sees that she is not watching the show. "Why aren't you watching the show?" he asks. "It's lame, Daddy," she answers. Then her secretary suggests that he make a show just like iCarly. So, he goes to Carly, Sam, and Freddie and tells them he wants to make a TV show about iCarly. But, when they find out what the show is really going to be like, the TV network just scraps the whole operation and debuts that same show that the president's daughter says is lame. But not before a few details in between.

Bad About It:
-Most viewers were expecting an hour long episode, as did the critics like me. Instead, we get this thirty-five minute episode at the debut that gets shortened to 30 minutes to fit a normal iCarly episode timespan.

-The episode looks like it was forced, and isn't as funny as most of the episodes.

-Freddie's voice has deepened, so now he sounds like Edward from Life with Derek. This displeased a few fans, but only the to-the-end iCarly fans (which I bet the end is going to be pretty soon).

Good About It:
-A few parts are pretty funny, as Daniel Schnider can still produce a good laugh now and again.

-In the beginning, there was a scene where a watermelon was exploded when applied with some type of pumping air. That scene reminds me of guts flying everywhere.

It was just... not as good as the normal episodes.
