Godzilla:the Series
In case you haven't noticed, I've gotten into monster movies again ever since watching Cloverfield.
I just so happened to remember Godzilla (or rather GINO, to those Japanese fans who can't really enjoy themselves but end up bickering about how much it sucks) and watched it again. I then noticed something about the egg hatching seemed familiar, as if from a boy's "Fox Kids" show. THAT'S when I remembered this: YouTube - Godzilla: the Series - Intro (Clear) (off-topic, but the monster on 0:48 distincitvely resembles "Cloverfield" for some reason) Like Batman, I happened to enjoy this series A LOT. Godzilla, dying in the film, hatched an egg that bared a child, leading to the series itself. It was basically Godzilla fighting monsters and such. Unfortunately, it only lasted one season, due to the war of "Pokemon vs. Digimon" craze. It ended up in the middle, therefore cancelling it before it's second season. And don't really want to consider advertising, but since there wasn't much of a DVD release to some areas, this guy has the episodes to watch. And Fox allowed him: YouTube - GRIDALIEN's Channel Any thoughts? |
