Scrubs!

I don't know if there is already a thread for this, but...
I just wanted to start one on one of my most FAVORITE shows ever!
I really want to see the 7th season (I think that's the final season am I correct?)
Personally, I think Elliot and JD should most definatly get together.
I don't like Keith, it's been said since episode 1 that JD and Elliot have always had a thing for each other, and I hope they did get together in the season finale.. Has anyone seen it?

Nobody has seen it because it hasn't been made. This season is the final season, but due to the Writers' Strike in America, they couldn't complete the series. It was one of the American shows to run out of episodes earlier on in the strike, so they only got about a third of the way through the season. There's question as to whether or not the last few episodes will even be made at all.

It's really unfortunate.

As for JD and Elliot... I'm not an Elliot/Keith fan, but I am a JD/Kim fan. Although I miss JD/Molly, that was one of my favourite pairings throughout the series.

Are you serious?!
That's lame... Stupid writer's strike... Maybe they can come over here and film the rest of the show haha.
But you think they're not going to finish the show due to this? What about when the strike ends, will they finish, or no?
I also LOVED Molly, I liked the actress that played her (shes not bad looking and funny too), but I'm still a JD/Elliot fan.

JD and Kylie was the best pairing.

Simply because Chrystee Pharris was the hottest girl ever to grace the set of Scrubs.

I've been a fan of the show since it started. It's nice to see that it caught on once it hit syndication, as it's brilliance was severely underappreciated.

As for the show's future, here's the deal: There are still two episodes that were filmed that haven't been shown, for one reason or another. The studio asked Bill Lawrence, the creator of the show, to rewrite the last of those two as the series finale, to which Lawrence refused. He's gone on record numerous times saying that he refuses deprive the fans of a proper finale, even if it means he just has all the actors read their character's lines in a conference call and record it, or just releasing the scripts for the final episodes online, once they are written. He knows that it was a solid loyal fanbase that kept the show in the air during its shakey start, and he wants to repay them.

However, the likelihood of seeing a proper filmed finale is getting less likely with each day the strike continues. The actor's contracts are running out, and the studio is definately not going to reknew them just to film less than half a season. It sucks, and as a fan since the beginning it certainly is not the way I want one of my favourite shows to end, but at the end of the day sacrifices have to made if the writer's are going to get what they deserve.

Why don't you guys just give in and give them the money thery're asking for.. I mean I guess that'll be unlogical considering they'll do it again in the near future, but if it's for Scrubs... It's worth every penny.

So, season six is supposed to be the last season, eh? It's a very good series, and I've watched almost every episode. I can't think of a main character on that show that I don't enjoy.

I wonder what the series finale will be like/is supposed to be like. I hope JD gets married. What will become of the half acre? Or JD's child? That's about the only cliffhanger I can think of, though I haven't watched any episode recently.

I figured the season would go on longer, what with the kids being born and such. So you've got possible new characters eventually, after some time skips so the babies are then teenagers or adults.

I'm not sure if NBC has ordered the final four episodes to finish up the season, but Bill Lawrence has said multiple times that he's going to get a finale out there. If NBC decides to pass he'll try for ABC, who might finance and air the final four episodes, or put them on DVD.

Season seven, actually.

Gets married to who, is the question?

I believe he sold the half-acre when he moved into his own place, though I can't recall any specific mention of it. As for the kid:
Spoiler (Highlight to read):
His child was born, and Kim moved not too far away and he visits baby Sam every chance he gets. He and Kim aren't together as a couple, though.

The season was only plotted to be 18 or 19 episodes, just to wrap up the series. I highly doubt they will ever do anything like jump time ahead, other than in fantasies. Doesn't seem like Bill Lawrence's style.

Season seven? Apparently I'm behind. Is it possible for you to link me to a site that has all episodes? There may even be some season six episodes I missed. Please and Thanks.

I remember an episode where he was really made at the girl for not telling him about the baby, but he agreed to say there was a chance of them getting back together keep her from being too depressed about it. That's the last thing I remember, regarding that.

Sorry sir, I watch the episodes as they air and then buy them on DVD. So I don't know a site to stream them on.

That was late season six, 6x21 "My Rabbit." She gives birth early in season seven, and
Spoiler (Highlight to read):
when pressured, JD admits that he's only with her because of the baby. She decides to end the relationship then.

Daphnes: Here we go. ^__^

I just hope the finale does the show justice; it'd be horrible if we had a mediocre ending to such a great programme.

I did manage to find a place, and watched six episodes. Is that how many there is? Thanks for that link, though.

^Yep, there have only been six episodes aired in season seven so far. They have, I think, four more that haven't aired yet. Then there may or may not be more airing after that.

Oh, then that list will probably spoil the next couple of episodes.

DON'T READ IT.

I love Scrubs. In fact, it is the only TV series I follow. I'm really excited for the rest of this season though. This show deserves a great ending, though it is sad it's almost over. I am rooting for Elliot and JD though. I think the last reason finale changed my feelings on them, just because they just seem meant to be.

I love that show! Dr. Cox is the greatest television character ever. I also like the fantasy like clips and the narration.

The narration kinda gets annoying, but at times it fits perfectly and only adds to the story.

The Fantasy clips/flashbacks are funny.

Dr. Cox is one of my favorite characters.

Hey, does anyone know the Janitors name? I remember watching the episode where the Janitor asks JD what his name was. Now its been bugging me for awhile.

Which reminds me of another favorite character. The Janitor is just awsome.

The Janitor doesn't have a name. Bill Lawrence has said the name will be revealed in the series finale.
