What's your favorite character on the so popular The Simpsons show?
I'd like to hear what your favorite character or characrers are, and why!
My favorites are Lisa (she's cool) and the comicbook guy (he's so funny) and many, many more! And, remember: Worst-episode-ever!  And sorry for the thumb down: i thought that was a ?-sign!

Homer Simpson, what a wonderful character. I love the way his greed is constantly foiled by his blatant stupidity. His self perception and his perception of the word is really quite hilarious.
Mr Burns is a fantastic character, too. A classic "evil boss", even though he is coupled several times with Homer, his complete ignorance of him is brilliantly done.

I like a lot of the side characters. I'm a big fan of Lenny and Carl, Comic Book Guy, Chief Wiggum and Lou, and especially Wiseguy.
It's hard to say though, I'm such a fan of the show I love all the characters for different reasons. For example, I love Krusty whenever he does his laugh at inappropriate times. It kills me every time. I love the ineractions between Lou and Chief Wiggum, and Lenny and Carl. I love when Homer responds to something with a non-sequiter or something that is blantantly wrong ("Have you noticed anything different about Bart?" "New glasses?"). I love Duffman's corporate babble followed by his "Oh yeah!" I dunno, I guess I love all the characters, and don't really have one favourite.

I gotta love Ralph though, he's just awesome. I loved it when Homer was pretending to be Mr Burns *taps fingers together* "exactly". Flanders and Moe, I could go on ;]

Ralph has never uttered a line that isn't an instant classic. I love the way Mr. Burns is the evil boss in his cavernous mansion but you still see him doing normal things sometimes. Like the episode where Marge becomes a police officer, Mr. Burns is drinking a squishe at the kwik-e-mart. He ends up taking the bribe Apu is trying to give Marge. He also owe's Smithers two cokes from the halloween episodes. But my favourite episode is the Scropio one, because Hank Scorpio is just brillant.

My favorite is the lady with 100 cats. Maybe not 100, but those of you who are fans of the show as of recently should know what I'm talking about.
She's my favorite mainly because growing up in my old neighborhood, there was a lady just like her, but she had fewer cats, 12 to be precise.

She's an awesome character. I like how they explained her origin in the episode that parodied the 7 up, 14 up and so on documentries.

Flanders IS everyone from my old church when I was a kid. Uber-evangelical, totally naiive, sheltered children, and the facade of being a caring, charitable person, while secretly (and probably unknowingly) harboring the streotypes and prejudice. gag.
