Dr. Pepper+XBox 360= ARGH

Im going to get to the point. I accidentally spilled Dr. Pepper on my xbox 360 and it went through the top little vents. I feel stupid for saying "Oh SHAT MY DR PEPPER!!!" then saying " Oh it landed on my xbox" -_-.... I ran compressed air through it, put it in front of a fan, let it dry and prayed it would still work. I turn it on and it does the loading screen, then it went to error screen: E74. So many curse words were uttered and such... but can you help me? But if iv'e hit a point of no return... what should I do?

It's pretty easy to open up an Xbox right? I believe you already voided the warranty by spilling liquid into it, so you've got nothing to lose (someone confirm this please, don't want to give false advice).

Once you have it open just try to clean it out that way.

I had a 1- time warranty thing, I already had it replaced once. This is currently my second xbox 360. I also don't know how to open it without special screwdrivers and such...

mail it into microsoft and they'll fix it for a fee, since you have voided your warranty.
