Nyko Intercooler 360

As I have stated before in a thread in GG, the placement of my Xbox is quite precarious, sticking it in a TV cabinet like that. However, I don't have many other options of where to put the console, so I stumbled upon this little accessory: The Nyko Intercooler 360. From several articles about the product, I hear that it significantly reduces the internal temperature of the console, but I have also heard many stories about the plastic of the machine melting and power failure.

So, my question here is, does anybody have this product? Would you recommend it? Have you had any problems with it?

I don't have one, but I too have read the same things regarding power failure and melting. Those risks don't seem to be worth it. If you can find one that doesn't use the power from the console that could be good for your situation though.
