My kindle is broken!!

Err, take a look at these sad pictures:




I try to reset it and it just goes back to the first picture!!! Whenever I turn it on whatever goes on stays on, so I dislike it!

Anyone know what to do?

Same thing has happened to multiple devices that I've had. Unfortunately I don't think it can be fixed. Gotta get it replaced or try to look around it.

I always wore the cover, it's just that I didn't use it for a long time and when I turned it on it was all messed up! That's not even a crack there, the screen isn't even broken it's just all funky and weird.

Exact same thing happened to me. Luckily though mine was on warranty and i have to had it to amazon's customer service, they sent me a brand new one with no charge. And I got it just one or two days afterward. Also mine broke 3 times and all within 2 months or so. Never get it really cold no lower than 45 to 50 degrees it won't start up. And don't put a lot of pressure on it either thats what makes it do that. Hope this helps.
