Wii Browser Help

Okay, I use the Wii Browser frequently in the day, and I like to be able to check my mail.

However, hotmail has slapped me and my Wii right across the face by not letting me access my email. I can get to the inbox, but for whatever reason, I cannot delete/access mail, or go to another box of mine. However, I can write new email, and go to my options.

I've tried seeing if it was an internet problem, but after switching between two connections, and getting no difference, I know it's not that, and I can access the email on a computer perfectly fine.

Would anyone have a clue as to what might be wrong, and if there's a solution?

Note: I have been able to access my email on the Wii before this, so it might be just a Wii problem.

Also it could be a cookie problem, which sucks because

The Wii console supports cookies. At this time, there is no way to delete cookies without deleting the Internet Channel's saved data from the system memory (how to).

Bah, I can try formatting my Wii, but the problem is that it isn't exactly my Wii, and I'd have to buy a big SD card.

Thanks for the help, though. Although, what is the 'light' version of hotmail? I might be already using that because I'm not using the full version.

Edit - When I checked the Internet Channel settings, there was an option that said 'Delete Cookies.'

Really? Well that's good. Hope it worked. Strange that the Nintendo site didn't mention it.

Tried it, didn't do ****. :/ I honestly don't know what's wrong with the damned thing.

Hotmail updated their e-mail interface to a higher Flash support. Since the Wii has an older version of Flash and you can't update the Wii, you can't access your Hotmail e-mail at this time. Nintendo might come out with an update later on, but for now, you'll have to settle with a good ole' fashioned web browser on your computer.

Who knows when nintendo will make a patch for the new flash, though >_>

Try using gmail, if it's not too much trouble. It'll be better in the long run anyway.

Or forward your hotmail email to a gmail account.
