World of Warcraft

I have many friends playing this game and I must admit; although it seems very much of a nerd thing, I want to try it. For any actual players, I just want to know how much do you have to pay monthly and other questions I may as well ask. Other than that, this thread is for chatting on that topic. Feel free to critisize, but lets not start another childish flame war.
Would I have to pay even when I dont play monthly? Such as, would I still be charged after downloading this:

dont play it. It is extremely addictive from what I have heard.And all my cousin does is sit in his room and play it all day.

As a World of Warcarft expert, it is 15 dollars a month, charged every month to either checking or to your credit card. For the Trial, no you would not be charged after your trial period ran up.

As for if you do not use the account, I believe you can cut access to your credit card by canceling the subscription. When you are ready to play again simply enter your credit card information again, and you should be set to play.

Remember though this also means you might have to buy the World of Warcraft Expansion: The Burning Crusade.

It's $15 a month, and as long as your subscription is active that's what you're charged, regardless of how often you log in.
