Help with custimization.

Recently, I have grown tired of the very limited selection of what I could do with my toolbar and start menue, as well my login screen, and basically the overall theme.

I have tried certain softwares, and they are only trial offers until you buy it. I don't want your software I just want a damn theme.

Also how do i get the login screen to change I have the file but where do i put it?

Thanks for any help you can give if I need to clear anything up just tell me.

If you're talking about login.scr then that's in the system32 folder.

I have found out how to alter my login screen, but my taskbars still need some altering.
