Trouble with my wii. Help! :D

I sort of gave a semi-glance at the other threads here to see if this was already posted, oh well, here goes nothing!

I was playing super mario galaxy, and it was on the title screen, and out of nowhere it writes "An error has occurred, please eject the disk and turn off the console, and then consult the wii help guide about troubleshooting" or something to that accord... Anyway, I would look at the manual, but I seemed to have misplaced it. I blame the commies. Anyway, if anyone can help, I'm waitingggggggggggggg.

That has happened to me a few times. Just eject the disc and start over. Shouldn't happen on a regular basis, but sometimes these things occur.
