Windows Vista/Live Mail Problem

For all of you that are really good at Windows Mail, then this is the thread for you. So, I've been trying to setup my Windows Live Mail Account, on Windows Vista Mail. I open it up, go to Tools>Accounts>Create New Email (or something like that), I enter my display name, enter my email currently which is at yahoo.com. So, once I get to POP3 and SMTP I enter this (and it is correct, got it from yahoo.com):

pop.mail.yahoo.com
SMTP:
smtp.mail.yahoo.com

(EDIT: )So then, I complete my username and password and stuff like that then this happens:
Okay, so then in completes and everything, and then this exact logon screen pops up EVERYTIME:

Please verify that both the username and password are correct to your mail server.

So, I've tried entering everything, my username and password I entered for windows live/vista mail, the yahoo email and pass word, just the yahoo username (not ending in @yahoo.com) and nothing works! I've tried everything, and it never logs in correctly.

Also, whenever I try to send a message it goes to my outbox.
