That all depends on which internet browser your using.

Navigate the options window for your browser for a little while and you should be able to find it eventually. It's most likely under privacy. At which point, you just click on the back that says "enable/disable cookies" (or something vaguely similar).

If that's not the case. Then it's most likely some sort of cleaner program that's wiping all your cookies every time it scans your temporary directory; at which point you'll have to change the options of that cleaner program.

First thing's first though. Make sure your browser is enabling cookies.

I haven't used IE in around five years; but it's all essentially the same. After playing around with IE for about. . . a minute, I've found the way to enable cookies from the browser.

Just go to Tools > Internet Options > Privacy Tab. Once you're at the privacy tab, just scroll the bar down to "Accept All Cookies." Then hit "Apply" then "OK." Once finished, ALL cookies should be saved from that point on.

Wait, I'm confused now. It's a security issue? What does not being able to log on different websites have to do with cookies? Or is that you want log-on websites to remember your names and passwords? If that's the case, then just click the "remember me" box that's usually right besides where you log on.

However, I do need a little clarification, 'cause I thought this was a cookie problem (sorry).

Actually I don't know what cookies have to do with it. I was just tring to log in and the site said (Forgot which exactly) "Please enable cookies" so i decided to ask this question.

Well, your cookies are obviously enabled according to you. The website might need a lower level of security for your cookies if you hadn't set your cookies to "enable ALL cookies."

Well, the only other thing it could be is some sort of anti-virus or spyware protection program. They're probably restricting access from the website your trying to log into to allow cookies. Either change the options so that it's set a lower level of security or just simply turn the program (or process) off altogether if you don't really know much about the program (otherwise you might accidentally change some sort of option you wish you'd regret) or if you just find that course of action easier.

Besides that, there really shouldn't be any conflict with your cookie settings/security. I wouldn't trust a site that'd ask you lower your cookies' level of security though.
