A silly question.

Does anyone know who to zoom out on webpages?

I recently got internet on an old computer. Though it quite fats, the size of some text and pages is disproportionate; including ZU and Google.

I'm pretty sure there is a code for zooming out on web pages, because I've stumbled across it before by acccident.

I'll edit this with screen shots later.

Try holding the Ctrl key and using the scroll on your mouse.

If your computer is old and the advice above doesn't work, you could try and change the resolution on your screen/monitor. It's usually a setting on the control panel for Windows.

It was the text that was causing me trouble, it looked too big even though it was one. Thank you both!

The real question is how do you do it when you're on a laptop without a mouse? 'Cause that's a problem that I've had. Usually when I accidentally increase the font size on IE, I have to close the browser and reopen it.

Here's what you do:
-Go up to the toolbar and click View
-Scroll down to Text Size
-Adjust it accordingly

Awesome! I can do this on my laptop. On my laptop the words were atleast this small and I had no way of adjusting it, I had no clue how to, and now thanks to your solution everything is perfect. Thanks!

Or just use the shortcuts, ctrl + + for text size increase and ctrl + - for text size decrease, and ctrl + 0 for text size default.

I was going to put those hotkeys but for some reason they don't always work on all laptops.

That has happened to me too.
