Halo Custom Edition problem (PC)

No Xbox, this is Combat Evolved for the computer, Halo 1. You can get a free expansion called Halo: Custom Edition. The big thing is being able to make your own maps and play on maps people make. (Who wouldn't want to make their own maps?!) Its how they made Halo. Anyway, when I try downloading it, I get this.

Before you answer, know this.

Memory: 502MB RAM
Hard Drive: 245 GB

I deleted Guild Wars and some other things, clearing at least 1,500-1,700 MBs. I have a legit copy of Halo: Combat Evolved with the key. I don't know what would be corrupted.

Any help?

*edit* I've restarted my computer too, so scratch that off.

hmm...perhaps check yourself and make sure the file is there. If not, I'm sure you could find it somewhere online and download it, then just save it to that directory. Just an idea, don't know if it would work.

A few sites I got it from (since I tried others) have a 30 minute or so download which is an installer, I go through a process, and it ends up there. I don't think I can choose where it goes though.

Re: Halo Custom Edition problem (PC)

Redownload the file and reinstall it. Seems like a corrupted file in the installer.

Re: Halo Custom Edition problem (PC)

Your antivirus software could be stopping the file from extracting, try disableing whatever you have for antivirus and try it then.
