PestCapture

I kept gettin bubbles in my tray thing on my desktop and i've downloaded PestCapture thinking that it would get rid of them but i've read that pestcapture is harmful and is full of spyware anyway i don't know how to get rid of it because i went on add or remove programs and it isn't on there i tried uninstalling it from all programs and it just comes back, i need help quickly on how to remove pestcapture from my computer. thanks.

Thanks for your help NC i have got rid of that stupid pestcapture now and i'll know in future now not to trust pop-ups. Mods can close this thread now.
