Any Tool to Increase Digital Vibrance Without A Nvidia or ATi Card?

My sister's laptop is terribly bland when it comes to color saturation, and the Digital Vibrance feature of the Nvidia drivers would do it wonders. Problem is, all it has is the integrated Intel solution, and that has no such option, of course. So I ask you, ZU, where can I find a simple, non-resource hog color balancer sorta thingee that could give her gray screen some life?
