Well, first off, why is this in Feedback, Suggestions and Questions?
And, secondly, just make sure it stops encountering problems... Do everything meticulously. >> That happened to me before, and it's inevitable. Just send an error report and be on your merry way.

There might be something you regularly do that makes this pop-up pop (up). I never have seen this message from MSN, but you should probably do as Cio said, report the problem!

Why don't you uninstall MSN and re-install it again? Sometimes it could be missing files while downloading. It should solve the problem. If not, contact microsoft or check their FAQs on their site.
You could always use an online version of msn like www.e-messenger.net or http://webmessenger.msn.com/ . Good luck on solving the problem. -Game677
