How do I do this?
Alright, this may seem noobish and stuff but don't yell at me. How do I insert a wav file into a post? Is there some hosting site I could use or what? Please help because I've been wanting to do something for a while with a wav file and I haven't been able to put it up. Thanl you, and please don't blam me.

I just want to say this first: wav file, though it produces better sound quality than mp3 format, is much larger in file size than mp3. Perhaps you should compress it or convert it into mp3 format first. Maybe then the sites that won't let you upload your sound file will let you later on.
