I need help with my Vid iPod please.

I am trying to find a way to get a DVD onto my video iPod so i can watch the movie on it, does anyone have any idea how i could do this? I would really appreciate any help. Thanks.

Just FYI...The latest version of iTunes and iPod firmware is pretty retarded. It won't let you use almost all settings used by external video converters such as Videdora's. As of now, the best thing you can do, IMO is convert the file at a real high quality to something iTunes can read, then have iTunes convert it again.

As for DVDs, download DVD Decrytor.

I experience this a lot. Itunes is not very compatible with other formats aside from it's own.

If you get your hands on Videora (http://www.videora.com/), and use it to convert your DVD to a single .mp4 format file. You can use the program to remove things like commentary and extras so you simply get the movie on your iPod.
