Resizing Images

I would just like to know if there are any sites that resize images. I need to resize an animated gif, if that's possible. I wouldn't have a clue how to do it in photoshop- I can only resize one, not a freakin bazillion.

Use Adobe ImageReady to resize an animated GIF. It ships with Photoshop.

Though I'm pretty sure there was a website that did it.
