GIMP help...
OK...Im quite new to create siggys and avys on my own..I came close but than...Windows error..This isn't what my questions about though.My question is how can you get an image from an image...
Lets just say I've got this image- ![]() I want to get Link out of the image. Can anyone direct me to a tutorial which will tell me how..I have a real nice sig I made but well theres alot of weird edges.. |

There's no option, as far as I know of, that directly removes the image from the picture. What must be done is when that is shrunk and pasted(shrunk for a sig), you don't lock the image into place. Leave it so it can still be moved.(So it has that ant-ish line moving around it) Then, you just start erasing. Yeah, I know, I sounded like I was gonna say something more. Nope. You just use the eraser tool, along with the zoom tool(to 800x is good), and erase what you don't want. It is fairly time-consuming, and you have to be careful so as not to cut too far in, or not enough.

Just make a new thred asking "Rendering in the GIMP" or somting...
