Well, at home I have cable, but where I'm currently visiting, I am using dial-up. It sucks.

I currently have cable (I think). I used to have a dial up, man that sucks big time!

Cable, anything else sucks.

I have SBC Yahoo DSL its currently $70 a month but we get it for $40 because my cousin works for it.
Its about as fast as T1 but can sometimes get as fast as T3.

I have cable. I had dial-up before and it was super slow. Never had a problem with being dropped, just slow. I have a wireless laptop and love it. Sometimes, I think becuse of where it is in the house, it loses it's connection. I hate that. Cable is never supposed to drop. The router is upstairs and the laptop is downstairs, that's probably why.

I have Linksys. I have no Idea what it is exept it's wireless, and not Dial-up. Not much else to say...

Actually I've used cable before, but DSL is so much faster and cheaper. I mean DSL comes with a free firewall. What more could you ask for?

I have dial-up. The slow pages loading don’t seem to bother me that much, but getting disconnected every 2 hours does. I don’t really care though. I might get DSL soon.

I have dial-up. It gets very depressing once you realize that it takes about thirty minutes to download a five minute song. Morally draining? Sure, that too. It's not that we can't afford high speed connections, but my dad thinks my life is going to be ruined if gets hooked up. Needless to say, I brought up that little detail but it isn't swaying him from anything. I really think that I would spend less time on the computer, seeing as most of the time I spend on the compny is spent waiting.

DSL is always good too...But Cable ownz the market if you just want pure speed.

I don't really think there is such a thing called Dial-Up in Finland anymore?

I get the disks from wal mart which is dial up and it is sooo slow!
