Sanyo 8300 phone problem

I just got a new sanyo 8300 cell phone and have been trying to download free ringtones and wallpapers from internet sites other than the vision network because vision makes you pay and the ringtones expire in 90 days. how stupid is that. anyways i was just wondering if there is something i have to disable or something i have to do to make this work. please help.

I am having the same problem. There is nothing to enable or disable. The hard thing is to find software compatible with the sanyo mm-8300. BitPim.... http://www.bitpim.org/ and Data Pilot....http://www.datapilot.com/drivers.htm have a couple of features you can use and are free, but they don't work well. Data Pilot might work well if you buy the full version. Let me know if you find something better and still free.
