It means that your computer hasn't got the necessary software installed in order to understand programs and applications written in the Java programming language.
http://www.java.com/ will give it to you for free. Who said the best things in life doesn't come for free?

I made it and if you have javascript you will definately be able to tell. Also, make sure you are doing nothing important before going there an be prepared to press ctrl+alt+del

I'm not sure if getting ready to press Ctrl+Alt+Delete is the best thing to do.

Do you mean Java applets, or Javascript applications? Open that http://geocities.com/letscountto1000000 site in a new window and if small popup boxes with an "OK" button appear then javascript is correctly installed, if not you'll need to reconfigure your internet browser's options, or get a better browser.
If it's java applets that you are talking about, go with what Lars said.

I can't click on anything that says 'javascript' in the address on the bottom-left hand corner.

you need to download a java plug-in free.
http://java.sun.com. The Sun Microsystems webpage. There should be something on the right side about downloading java programs.

I've had a computer genious to help me and he couldn't help me either, so what I'm doing is reformatting my computer.
