The things I'd change is to mobo to.. The ASUS A8N-SLI Premium. And the video cards to Dual BFG 7800GTXs 512mbs, and two Dell 2405FPW's.

RAM, Size is not everything. The Corsair RAM would totally destory that stuff, In overclocking/Timing and votage potential.

And the video card, the X1800XT is a joke. Yes if its overclocked its better than a single 7800GTX 256mb. But one single 7800GTX 512mb will pwn it... Let alone two of them in SLi.

Though I would like to see two X1800XTs running in Crossfire.

Re: Help create the ultimate gaming rig!

Looks pretty good so far. Personally, I would go with a DFI nF4 SLI Ultra-D and a Antec 500W Neo HE power supply. As well as a Logitech G7 wireless gaming mouse and G15 Keyboard. A Ratpadz GS or Steelpad would also be a kickass addition. Some OCZ Platinum memory would also be idea, or some Kingston Hyper X or heck, even some Corsair XMS Pro sticks. All extremely good and overclockable, especially with that DFI board
