That sounds similar to what happened to my second iFP-390. The joystick died like the first one, so I sent it in and they sent back an iFP-890 instead (I eventually replaced that with an iFP-899 which I still use to this day). Mixing up the the flash players and the hard drive players is a much bigger blunder though.

What happened to your iHP-140?
My brother =/ He dropped it twice during a high-speed bike ride, and something came lose. The HDD stopped spinning.
Did you pitch it? Even the dead carcasses are still invaluable because so much can be done with them. The HDD, for example, can be swapped out for a CF card adapter.
Well damn.
The H120 arrived today and its looking like the hard drive might be dying. I'm sure DHL was very gentle with it.
Ouch, thats gotta suck. My H10 is still rocking, although semi-retired now. I use my 8GB phone for a weekly mix, similar to a smaller flash player. My H10 now resides with my 360 for music.
Well, lets see....
4GB
Ipod Nano
Love it
Using all it's space (I have 17.5GB of music!)
Anyway, for my B-day (18 days!) i'm getting a 30GB ipod.
And, lastly....question.
I have been looking at the diagnostics in my nano and have tried out some of the sleep tests. Now, whenever i start it, it's as if i just reset it, it takes like, a minute to get ready to start playing. How do i fix this? Any help is appreciated.

That depends... Do you mean iPod as in an MP3 player or iPod as in iPods? Because the smallest HDD iPod Apple makes now is 80GB, and the next step down in storage takes you into flash territory with the 16GB Touch.
Who has an iPod? - i do
What model do you have? - iPod touch
What do you like/dislike about it? - i like mostly everything about it....it's quite durable, not a single scratch. i dont like that it only has like three hours worth of battery life when using Wi-Fi
How much space are you using on it? - idk, i dont have alot of things on it...mostly zelda music, zelda pics, zelda podcasts and my other normal people stuff...it only has 8GB, so....yeah
