Lost pictures

I hope this is alright to ask here, if not I am sorry and this thread can be deleted.
I am on Verizon and I got a new phone. I always save my pictures to my account well on my new phone I had to get my number changed I logged into my Verizon account and all of my pictures are gone! Poof! Missing without a trace!! I have called Verizon more times than I care to think about and have not got any help ;( I have my old phone and what I would like to know is, is there a way I can send the pictures to my new phone or to the account without reactivated my old phone?

I don't know how much this will help, but Verizon deletes pictures if you don't log on within a certain amount of time automatically.
