Well, I guess it's not entirely Dell's fault. I downloaded CCleaner on the advice of a friend who uses it to get better performance on his PC. Everything was all fine and dandy until my computer restarted and went back into Windows Basic instead of Windows Aero. Plus, my trackpad on my laptop went back to it's original annoying-as-hell touch-to-click thing, the program to change the trackpad options is non-existent, and the button next to my F12 key that's supposed to turn on and off my trackpad no longer works. Plus, my mouse jumps sometimes if I try to use it. I tried to download the program from Dell's website, but when it was finished... nothing happened. I restarted my computer twice and it's as if I never downloaded anything at all. I also tried a system restore, and nothing was fixed. Nothing else is broken. Halp,
ZU?
