So what are the best and lightest media player progums now that I don't have to ♥♥♥♥ with iTunes anymore?

I'm sure many will recommend Foobar2000, which is also what I use.

It's highly customizable if you know what you're doing, and has support for plugins.

But it's also generally lightweight in my experience.
ESPECIALLY compared to ♥♥♥♥ing iTunes.

That's assuming you're on Windows of course.

Yeah, with the purchase of my new Sansa Clip+ I've completely ostracized myself from Apple. I'm on windows.

foobar is magnificent dude. Once you get a hang of it you'll never go back.

Foobar or Spotify. There's no other options, although Winamp is decent. (:

Foobar will turn your mind in to mush. It's a great program.

But after you look at the things you can customize, you WILL spend 14 hours setting it up to display exactly how you want it too, so just be ready for that.

Or maybe that was just me.
