Making Skin

I'm going to attempt to make a PHPBB V 2.0 skin. But I don't know how. I looked at the official tutorial at phpbb.com. It said:

Go to templates. Save subsilver skin on your computer.
Where is the templates? I searched the CP a lot, but didn't find.

Please tell me and possibly give me video walkthrough of it.
