Also, as you can see, I used the same font in my BGF sig...

Overall it feels too low-quality and a bit blurry for me. Also, bring the text in more, so it attracts attention to the focal.

Other than your repetition of the word solid, I find it to be very well-done. I think you could put some interesting additions to the text to make it blend better, and maybe work on that little green blob in the stock on the right-hand side, but other than that-- very well-done.

Well, techinically there's a lot of "random crap" on his shirt. More specific?

I think he means all of it. All the orange/pink splatters or whatever it is on his shirt.

hmm...yeah id agree, take out the random crap. Its not all that noticable, but its fairly pointless. just...random splatters or whatever over the render.

The bit i like about this is the text. It feels like its part of the 'render' image. But the render looks placed on, partly because of the bad pixellation on the sleeve of his right arm. The whole thing has bad contrast and as a result looks flat. The colours dont seem to blend that nicely either.

To improve, id sort out the contrast first. Maybe desaturate the whole thing and make your own colour scheme, or mess with the hue/saturation levels. I just dont think their working right now.

Shroomeh actually raises a valid point. Try fooling around with some gradient maps, photofilters, levels, and saturations in order to get the desired effect. It's a much less painful way to get a consistent color scheme than coordinating everything.

Mainly Stock effects. Some color adjustments, and a bunch of other stuff. Glad you like!
