Pen tool help

Alright, so I'm following a tutorial to learn to use the pen tool in PS. However, when I get to the part where it says for me to right click the canvas and select Stroke Path, that's when something doesn't come out right. I selected a brush size that the tut said to select earlier, but when I make sure Tool is set to paintbrush on the Stroke Path window, and I click okay, nothing happens to my pen tool path.

What am I doing wrong? :/

EDIT: Nevermind, I found my problem. The color was set to white. It worked when I changed it to black.
