How to? ( Gimp )

How to paste multiple renders ( pictures.. ) into one layer? Am I doing something wrong with the layer properties or am i just stupid? Can someone tell me how? GIMP.

- Sincerely yours , Krystian.

Well, you just copy the render, then you press Cntrl+V to paste it onto the layer. Then you paste another copy, and yet another, and another, and keep pasting copies of the renders till you have enough then you scatter them all over the layer. Is that the answer you're looking for?

Alright so wait , I open GIMP , create a 500x500 background , i find a render , press copy image , create a 500x500 layer , I go to the layer and press ctrl+v , so the image is there but dont I have to apply it before i paste another one? Because if i press ctrl+v a second time , the image basically pastes itself over the one already there.

If it pastes itself over the one already there, simply move it.

You simply select the 'move' tool, and then you click and drag the object.

Alright , thank you. You helped me a lot. One more question , where to I place the brushes I download? So they can work on GIMP.

You save them in the 'brushes' folder. Good luck looking for it.

My brushes folder is in:

C:/Program Files/GIMP-2.0/share/gimp/2.0/brushes

if that helps >.>
