How...?
I own Photoshop Elements 3.0. I'm a graphic artist (I also make my own sigs and blah blah blah...), but have never been able to figure out how to resize images in this particular program without them becoming blurry.
Does anyone know how? Thanks!

I've also been trying to figure this out for the longest time.
Usually what I end up doing is zooming in on my image and taking a screenshot.

Personally, I dont have PSE or any idea how to use it, but if its an older program, I dont think it reanalyzes the images as CS2/3 would do. It might just be like a zoom in.
i honestly dont know, but that would be my best guess. |
