Artisan Artifact

Hello all, some of you may remember my earlier attempts at spriting, for those of you that've never heard of them don't look them up.
This is my attempt at a series with hopefully a bit of a real story to it.
Criticism is always welcome, lord knows I could use it.
As for the odd title, it'll be explained eventually!
Huge text parts I know, but it's only for the beginning.

Prologue-Fair Warning
Issue 1-Getting Ahead

Prologue- Fair Warning:

Issue 1- Getting Ahead:

It goes somewhere! I promise.

Re: Artisan Artifact

I liked your comics, but they were a little jammed with text, as you said, I'm hoping some action will start soon, and I'm interested in the first comic, weird. Anyway, good luck!

Re: Artisan Artifact

Are those custom sprites? They look pretty good. I'd also be interested in where your backgrounds came from.

Thanks! I'm going to try an actual story so the beginning may lag a bit, and it's no help that I've left for uni so my sheets are on the home comp. Ah well I'm not giving up!

Thanks men, i was worried the backgrounds were too bland. Both the textures and charcters are from a gem of a game by Squaresoft/Enix called Terranigma, but the characters are frankensteins, like a european characters hair on a japanese characters body. It's good because it actually has a world map of Earth which is obviously where this one is set.
And Lurrrre!, thanks for the mark, thats pretty great for me!
As I said the next one will take until i've settled in, so bear with me.

I know how hard the beginning can be. How do I know this you ask? I have the same problem...

Well, about your comic: The backgrounds and the sprites look very good and I'm enjoying reading the text. I'm looking forward to seeing the next parts...

Issue 2-Never Missing Chances

Well, the time taken to make that and the length were certainly inverse!
Math speech aside-

First things first, love the Ink Trilogy so awesome name!
And you must be joking, your comic has a perfect start, I'll go say that on your thread right after along with some other things.
Thanks again, but sprite obscurity is my main help in the visuals, as for the following parts, in case anyone couldn't guess from the prologue it's a crossover, hopefully a sensible one but a crossover non-the-less.
