That with the candy was just a schtick to allure Leo to them. Leo still thinks he'll get something.
You can imagine episode 5, just with Leo instead of Sam and candy instead of a contract.

First one was quite good, of course.
Second one was good until the end - it probably would've been better if the last panel had been something like "*ahem*... What were we talking about again?" or something about his memory. Anyway, hope you make more soon!
