[Spr] Title Pending

This is my first comic Entitled: Title Pending (original, eh?)
it involves chickens, Link, and horrible punch lines.
And, for those of you who read the first comic and say "this sucks" Keep reading, it get's better

I can't give any criticism other than change it completely. That was just terrible. Put some effort into what you do.

1. The comic should make sense, at least a little bit. Right now it doesn't.
2. Use different speech bubbles/boxes for each person.
3. Black background for every speech bubble is bad.
4. Spell-Check. Writing your scripts on MS Word helps. Also, make sure you're using the right words ("Where" instead of "Were"). Numerous other grammatical errors.
5. Don't use Photobucket. Use Imageshack. Won't shrink down the pages as much.
6. With all those in mind, please redo them. I don't mean to sound rude, but I have no idea what just happened.

Um yeah, not to be mean legacy of evil, but they were kinda lame, and Linkmaster3000 has pretty much given all the reasons why. However on a positive note, the muffin thing was pretty funny. I suggest that you try not to scatter the comic between all the Links as well, it makes everything crazy and out of order.

And ANOTHER Four Swords comic? Originality is even more dead than it was before.

I'm sorry for posting this comic heh I made it 2 Years ago and didn't think...again REALLY sorry.

Don't be sorry - just make a new comic, especially since this is two years old. It would be nice to see new stuff and see how you've progressed, y'know?

Lock? I see no real reason to lock this. He wants to put in a new comic, so he needs this thread to put it in.

Can't wait to see your effort, though. You can't really criticize something two years old and have it be of any value. Your old effort wasn't SO bad though. You did avoid making some common mistakes.

Actually, the sprite-work on this one was good. I recommend bigger panels, some close-ups, and of course, some new dialogue. But it's very clean, and I like that your font is actually anti-aliased, and although I prefer speech bubbles, I thought you at least put some effort into how you did this.

I am fixing these problems:
1.No four swords
2.speech bubbles
3.I HOPE it makes sense
4.bigger panels

Definitely a lot better. I also like Link's name for the cucco.

You probably could've avoided the blue section at the bottom by having something like this:


Except with the tails. Just remember that the speech bubbles don't have to be right next to the character, particularly when you're making your own tails.

Overall, I'm very impressed with the improvement over your last endeavor. Keep it up!

This one confused me, particularly when the cow's missing from most of the panels, then suddenly reappears. I get what you were going for (I think), but it would've worked better if the cow was there the whole time.

Also, about the text:
1. Use punctuation. It adds to the comic and makes it sound more mature.
2. Make sure the text boxes don't overlap all the time. If someone's interrupting someone, it's fine, but in Panel 4, you could've spaced those out a bit more to make it look less squished.

I'm guessing you're not from America, huh?

I think the only real problem with this one was the cow. The text stuff is nit-picky, but will make it look better. Looking forward to the next one, nontheless. ^_^
