Mr.Fish is a benevilant King letting SM have his comic up here had it been another mod he'd get his head chewed off.
I like it personaly even though I dispise Pokemon,only some.
I really liked the life bar on it did you make that yourself?

It's still good though. But the bars make it look kinda weird.

Yo. I'm new-esque to the forum. Not so much to spriting - I recently finished a sprite comic that lasted almost 3 years and have started posting it here.

So hi.

Anyway, my favorite sprites are 8-Bit sprites (easy to edit), Mario and Luigi from M&L:Superstar Saga (lots of great poses), and Fire Emblem sprites (also easily edited).

As for posting comics to get an opinion what happened to "The how to make a good sprite comic" thread? That what it was there for, forgive me if I'm wrong though.

Something I noticed in Stupidmahn's comic - the trainer sprites look like they've been enlarged or something, but the Pokemon sprites haven't, and to me it looks sort of odd.

That's there as a guideline for starting (like a book), and it doesn't cover everything. A sprite comic lounge would have many more things going for it.

The lounge wouldn't replace the "How to Make a 'Good Sprite Comic' Thread," but compliment it and walk hand-in-hand with it.

I think the original reason we left it as sprite comic discussion only, was to avoid the "I've updated the so-crap-so comic! Come and see!" posts and any other posts having people display one off comics for person ego gain. If people wanted advice on how to improve their comics they go to the guidelines where the people who were approved for checking the comics would give advice to them.

Though it's not my kingdom any more, if Fish wants to implement it, He can if he wants, just means he has to deal with it :P

Yeah, but the thing is, if you resize the pokemon sprites the same amount as the trainer sprites, they end up being too big. =/ trying to find a solution

Well the how to make a good sprite comic thread is wothless even more worthless than a bag of dead lemmings.
I trust the opinon of others over FD cheep knock off of what every one else said, so if you want advice on a comic start a thread so that people can cretic it.
but lets leave this disscustion at that and post some more sprites!

Again, that one thread is designed as a beginner's guide for sprite comics, a place we point to newbies when they need a little nudge in the right direction. It's not meant for discussion in real time. That's where a lounge would do much better, like this one, but sprite comics. Also, worried about people advertising? What a dumb reason for not wanting a sprite comic lounge. A simple rule saying "no advertising your comic" could be made. Oy.

I really hope Mr. Fish will be more active and serving than the lazy mods of the past.

I say that there are more words than sprites in this hangout , I remeber the goodold days where costumes,Edits,Recolors and such drowded the hang out and all were praised and agnolaged to be good, but now people blow off the sprites to go argue about stupid things I say that to honor the previes Hangout's, We should fillit up with sprites till they flow over the sides!

From what I have read about you Hylian Z, you were a terror on the shantytown. What about the name that everyone refers to you as now?: Hylian Z-vil? HMM!!!
You may have begun the Ghetto, but overthrowing you saved it at leveled it up into a Shantytown! Let us gather the water cooler, that we may gather around it later and discuss things!... Let us not forget that PowerShot gave me speical pivlige to do what ever I wanted in my comic so long as he was in it!
It was in a P.m I got from him after I asked him to join it and way to go Powershot and way to go Fish!
