Silver Lining takes place in the world of Sablamia. The planet is much like the planet earth in it's composition, except there is an equal amount of land and water. The planet is covered with large archipelagos, Massive amounts of islands in different sizes. It has two major nations, and several smaller ones. Many different races occupy Sablamia, such as humans, elves, and a large amount of anthros. Many beings are born with powers. They become heroes, and are usually part of government projects for defending against special threats.

Silver Lining is about the adventures and life of one such anthro, Ankh, and his family and friends. Ankh is the cross product of a fusion reaction from two powerful anthros. They were about to die and pulled out a trump card that no one saw coming. Elda, a cyborg hedgehog with star powers, was run by a fusion generator, and used it to fuse with his friend Mink, a pyrokinetic wolf, as a last resort. Ankh is the result. To the best of his knowledge, the fusion is permanent.

Ankh has two brothers, one that is his half brother, the other adopted. Domovoi is his half brother, Claudius is his adopted brother. The three of them live together, as well as with Ankh's friend Thok, who is a shapeshifting alien from Dest.

That should be all the backstory you need to know to patch up to the beginning of the comic.

I mean, you can't really judge a comic because you don't like the type of sprites =/
That's kinda like me giving goldstud's comic a 2 because i dont like Link sprites, or giving your comics a BLARG becuz i dont like the certain sprites (which I do, don't worry)

I don't find it amuzing because its bland to me. Not the sprites even though I hate sonic edits, but if it kicks off in the next episoides then I won't have anything to say!
