Re: A Brave New World
hmm, Its good, but could be a LOT better.
It has pottential, beleive me that, but pottential isnt everything. Some tips to improve: 1. Dont mix bittages. This means keep all sprites styled by the same game sorta thing. So if its in the style of sonic the hedgey, keep everyone looking in that style. Doesnt mean everyone has to be hedgeys, just means it has to be same style of shading and stuff. 2. Make sure you always resize panels correctly. If you dont, it just looks messy and horrible, like in 3-5 of the third comic. 3. Try not to call characters like Birdie their actual names, and try to at least recolor them. The only time ya can do this is when you are making a comic about Games. 4. Simple Logical things. Like dorms. You dont normaly get men and women sharing one dorm. 5. Too much black space. at least two panels were wasted in the third comic. 6. Dont use REAL backgrounds in a SPRITE comic, unless you know what you are doing, like 'Goldstud' or 'Lurrre!' |

Re: A Brave New World
You know, reading that line I've noticed that he says lots people instead of lots of people, a typo. I'll put a fixed version later.

...and there's the 9th page.
The old comics have been taken out of my first post to not overload this thread, but you can read, comment, and rate them in the link I provided. EDIT: The 10th page. Warning: From now on, this comic has a PG-13 worthy content. ![]() |
